The Work

It begins with you

College years are tough. I have been there, and I remember feeling at times out of place, out of sync, and overwhelmed.

I have been working for most of my professional life helping young adults reconnect with themselves, get unstuck, and develop a kinder and more compassionate relationship with themselves.

Where do I start?

Give me a call or send me an email—whatever feels comfortable. Then we can schedule a one-on-one consultation via telehealth. We will chat and figure out what is on your mind and how I can help you.

I don’t accept insurance, but I can help you with out-of-network benefits.

Individual Therapy

Let’s talk one-on-one. Let’s see where you are, what you have tried, and what you would like to accomplish. I will work with you to help you develop insight, learn skills to manage and change behaviors, and discover patterns.

Information for parents

As a therapist to young adults, I also work with parents as they navigate these years. I have helped many parents in my practice understand their children and improve their relationship with them. Contact me if you feel stuck or worried, need help understanding and navigating family dynamics and college policies, and would like to advocate for your college-age students effectively.
